Surrounded by a garden and its park of centuries-old trees, "Villa San Luca" is a three-story building with southern exposure and a wide open view towards the sea that embraces the Gulf of Oneglia and goes up to the promontory of Porto Maurizio on the west.

"Villa San Luca" is an ideal place to enjoy privacy and comfort away from the noise of the city, but at the same time located less than 10 minutes walk from the town and the sea.

"Villa San Luca" offers to its guests internal spaces, distributed on two floors:
on the ground floor the living room, the library and the breakfast room;
on the first floor the bedrooms, with adjoining bathroom.

the Park

The park that surrounds "Villa San Luca" constitutes the green frame that creates and protects the privacy of those guests that are enjoying the huge panorama chilling at the swimming pool or of whom who are relaxing during the breakfast, or sipping an appetizer while admiring the special sunset full of splendid colors between the sea and the surrounding hills.

"Villa San Luca" has a swimming pool constituted by an aqueous mirror of mt. 11 x 4.5, such to allow relaxing swims. In discreet and reserved position, it offers an ample solarium , furnished with bunks and deckchairs at guest’s disposition.

the Neighborhood

"Villa San Luca" is situated in an elegant and exclusive district; here are settled some of the most illustrious Residences like the neighbor "Villa Grock" and its park, a wanted example of Eclectic architecture, that belonged to the famous clown Swiss Charles Adrien Wettach, more known with the stage name “Grock”. Currently it’s the center of the homonym foundation and a museum who is devoted to him.

In proximity of "Villa San Luca", situated to 150 mt. of distance, the homonym church of St. Luca at “Cascine” area, in Oneglia.
The picture represents a typical example of the ligurian vegetation, distributed on sour terraces among gardens, olive trees, palms, grapevines, lemons, orange tree, mandarins.

The church is open to the public and it’s attainable by foot in less than five minutes, in order to participate at the religious Catholic celebration.

An old photo datin back to the XIX century represents a scene of Sunday morning, with children waiting for forehead to the church square and the horses carriage that leads the Catholic believers to the Church celebration.
